KODAK X-SIGHT Nanospheres (50 pMol of X-Sight 549, X-Sight 650, X-Sight 691, and X-Sight 761) were each intramuscularly injected into the four legs of a nude mouse which was subsequently imaged using the In-Vivo Multispectral FX. Fluorescence from the nanospheres was unmixed into individual component images that were overlaid onto a high resolution X-ray. Reflectance images were acquired to make the RGB image of the mouse skin.
